Adieu!

   Hello for the last time! This is my last post. In this class, I have learned many things and it shaped my thoughts. I pretty much still think in the way that I wrote my philosophy statement. However, at first actually, I didn’t have this much knowledge about teaching with technology. I always thought that technology is necessary for education to show a subject to students in various and memorable ways. I learned new ways of using technology and how to integrate students into this process.

   I also believe that I am improved because I wasn’t really good with computers. Now I am still not super good but at least I can accomplish simple actions. I learned how to edit a wiki page. That was something I never did before. I used padlet for the first time and I found it so helpful and creative. I did a podcast for the first time. We created a digital story for the first time and I had fun while trying to figure out how to edit a video or add music. I made a poster but it wasn’t actually a first for me because I am used to editing photos. I learned to use RSS Feed Reader.

   What I mean is, this class improved me in many ways. We had many tasks throughout the semester, it was overwhelming time to time. However, I still believe that every teacher-candidate must have this class. I liked the fact that this class kind of pushed our limits and also made us acquire various skills. Nowadays, everyone pretty much knows how to use technology but teachers must learn how to use it effectively with their students.

  We have come to the end. I had a great time while blogging and I have learned a great number of things from this class. I hope you also enjoyed following my blog. Thank you, everyone! I love you 3000!
